In this diverse role, you will have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, with support from a close team of healthcare professionals and the resources of a global corporate infrastructure. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions and support them to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes. Responsibilities Case management (caseloads are manageable; Rehabilitation Assistants support administrative tasks) Apply clinical knowledge to improve return-to-work outcomes Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs with employers and employees Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals Work across schemes such as workers compensation, CTP, life insurance, Comcare, DVA, and employer-funded injury prevention Assist clients to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes Complete a variety of assessments (initial, workplace, vocational) to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers, and identify suitable employment opportunities We welcome new graduates to apply – we offer Primary Internal Supervision.
