Our personal injury division provides services through federal and state-based Workers Compensation, Occupational Rehabilitation and Injury Management. Responsibilities Apply your clinical reasoning skills to support people who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work. Take a more holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing. Perform assessments including Vocational Assessments, Transferable Skills Assessment, Job preparation services, Worksite Assessments and initial needs assessments. Collaborate with stakeholders—injured employees, employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals. Develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management. What Will Make You Successful Current unrestricted (or eligibility for) registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ASORC/RCAA). Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counseling or Psychology (fully registered or provisional psychologists under external supervision). Strong clinical reasoning. Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support common goals. Passion to help people rehabilitate.
