Responsibilities Assist clients in employment or education under schemes such as workers compensation, CTP, life insurance, Comcare, DVA and employer‑funded injury prevention programs Conduct Vocational Assessments, ETE Assessment, Earning Capacity Assessments, Employability Assessments, Transferrable Skills Assessments, and Labour Market Research Case management – manage a manageable caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants Apply clinical knowledge to improve return‑to‑work outcomes Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals Assist clients with injury or health condition to achieve return‑to‑health and return‑to‑work outcomes Qualifications Preferred previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling General or Provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) Strong communication skills – client and stakeholder focus Compassion, empathy and kindness Excellent time‑management skills Current NSW driver’s licence and access to own car with comprehensive insurance Additional Information IPAR values caring, collaborative and inclusive culture.
