Clinical Director – Obstetrics & Gynaecology | Full Time Regional Queensland | Leadership + Clinical Role | FRANZCOG A major regional hospital in Queensland is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking FRANZCOG Specialist to step into the pivotal role of Clinical Director of Obstetrics & Gynaecology. This is a rare opportunity to lead a growing service, shape strategic direction, and influence the future of women’s health across a broad regional catchment while continuing to maintain hands‑on clinical practice. The Opportunity As Clinical Director, you will oversee the O&G service within a connected regional network, ensuring safe, contemporary, and sustainable care across maternity, gynaecology, and reproductive health services. You will lead a passionate team of consultants, registrars, midwives, and multidisciplinary clinicians, and work collaboratively with neighbouring regional hospitals to provide coordinated and consistent care for women and families. This role offers a balanced mix of executive leadership and clinical contribution, with up to 0.5 FTE dedicated to clinical duties.
