Join us as a Volunteer Session Supervisor and lead a passionate team of volunteers dedicated to sorting and packing donations for vulnerable children. The role Daily responsibilities overview: Liaise with staff to identify priorities and tasks for the day. Act as the primary contact for volunteer inquiries, offering guidance and support. Ensure all volunteers are aware of priorities and any changes to procedures. Monitor the workspace for hazards and report them promptly. Please note that this role involves some light lifting (up to 5 kg), pushing trolleys, bending, and other light warehousing tasks as required. Our core belief is that all children deserve the best start in life, so for us, the child is the focus of everything we do. Our team is made up of over 300 individuals/volunteers who are determined and committed to assisting every family who asks for help. We receive requests for specific and essential items through Case Workers, Maternal and Child Health Nurses or other professionals in the community. Category Community Services Commitment Regular – less than 6 months Time Required One morning a week on a day of your choice during warehouse opening hours (9–3). Minimum commitment 3 months.
