Leads strategy, governance and improvement of icare procurement, owning policies, data and tools to drive compliant, agile and sustainable procurement. Duties It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as the Head of Procurement Operations, you will: Lead and maintain procurement governance, policies and frameworks aligned with NSW Government and organisational strategy. Improve procurement processes, guidelines and category planning with Sourcing and Business teams. Manage the Strategic Partner Management Committee (SPMC), including governance, reporting and action tracking. Oversee and optimise procurement systems and tools to enhance user experience, compliance and data quality. Develop and maintain procurement data, analytics and reporting frameworks, including spend dashboards. Skills & Experience Experience in procurement governance, policy and process improvement. Strong knowledge of NSW Government procurement requirements. Proficiency with procurement systems and data/reporting tools.
