Job Description We’re searching for an enthusiastic and passionate Commis Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort in the beautiful Hunter Valley. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their culinary skills and be part of a supportive team delivering exceptional dining experiences. What you’ll be doing Assisting senior chefs with food preparation and service across multiple outlets Maintaining high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety Supporting menu execution with creativity and consistency Working as part of a collaborative team to deliver exceptional guest experiences Qualifications Previous kitchen or culinary experience (preferred but not essential) A passion for food and a willingness to learn and grow Strong teamwork and communication skills Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
