About the role Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a highly driven and ambitious New Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team at one of our North East Motor Group franchises. Our people are integral to our combined success, and we seek exceptional people who are both passionate and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a history of success in: Vehicle Sales – Proven track record Delivering to sales targets Customer Satisfaction OR A background in customer facing roles, i.e Hospitality, Retail etc. Proven ability to listen and understand customers' needs Previous demonstratable experience in customer facing roles is advantageous for those without previous vehicle sales experience. Duties & Responsibilities Gain business from new and existing customers Ensure that you provide exceptional end to end customer service Maintain a high level of knowledge about vehicles and products you represent Understand the customers objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes Form long term business partnerships to leverage future transactions/ purchases Identify and exceed our customer's needs, with in-depth advice and service Facilitate vehicle purchase experience for new and existing customers To be successful in this position you will need to possess Desire to build a customer base Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience A solution focused mindset Excellent communication skills (written and verbally) Ability to relate to people and their needs Ability to be analytical, think laterally and problem solve Can communicate at all levels within the organisation and with third parties Ability tocontribute to apositive team environment, with a culture of openness, innovation, and learning Current Drivers License Pentana - Dealer Management System experience will be highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided In return we will provide you with Remuneration and benefits, including an attractive salary Bonus structure in place with set KPI’s A permanent full-time position with the financial security of a substantial, well-established Company Company car and fuel allowance 5 day working week (4 weekdays and every Saturday) Ongoing professional development internally with the brand you represent A collaborative team environment that values excellence and is committed to customer care Access to dealership discounts including New and Used vehicles, Servicing, Parts, Insurances and Finance Apply now Your interest in this role will be kept strictly confidential.
