This permanent part‑time position offers stability, variety, and the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally About Your Role As an Enrolled Nurse within the Permanent Pool, you will deliver evidence‑based, person‑centred care while working across multiple Bayside Health Service sites. Key Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate, person‑centred care under the supervision of an RN/RM. Contribute to assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care within your scope of practice. Prioritise and organise your workload, escalating care concerns as required. Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, carers, and the healthcare team. Support continuity of care and adapt quickly to changes in care delivery models. Maintain accurate documentation and proficiency in EMR and digital systems. Follow all guidelines, protocols, and safety standards to ensure high‑quality care. About You You are a dedicated and adaptable Enrolled Nurse who thrives in a dynamic environment. Skills & Attributes Demonstrated ability to provide safe, evidence‑based care. Strong communication skills and commitment to teamwork. Ability to reflect on practice, seek support and collaborate effectively with RNs/RMs. Sound clinical knowledge with willingness to learn new skills across varied settings. Capacity to adapt quickly and work confidently in different clinical environments. Understanding of quality, safety, and risk management processes. Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the NMBA and Medication endorsement (mandatory). Diploma of Nursing (desirable).
