S26 Supervisors Civil & Earthworks Projects (WA) About the Role We are seeking experienced Supervisors with current Schedule 26 (S26) qualification to join our team for works across Northern WA, including Karratha and surrounding regions. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a leadership role on diverse and challenging civil infrastructure projects, with immediate starts available and long-term opportunities within our growing WA operations. We are looking for motivated, hands‑on leaders who can drive outcomes on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities across bulk earthworks, drainage, concrete, and roadworks. Lead and support crews to achieve production, safety and quality targets. Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental and project specifications. Assist with planning, scheduling and progress reporting. Monitor costs, productivity and resource allocation. Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors and project management teams. About You We are particularly seeking candidates who: Have completed, or are in the process of completing, the following competency units: BSBWHS411 – Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs BSBWHS414 – Contribute to WHS risk management RIIBEF402D – Supervise on‑site operations (highly desirable) Have proven civil construction experience in bulk earthworks, concrete, drainage or road construction. Understand site safety, compliance and leadership responsibilities under Schedule 26. Hold relevant tickets and licences (e.g., White Card, First Aid, Rio Tinto/BHP inductions highly regarded). Are willing to work across Northern WA project sites (FIFO/DIDO options available). TFN only (no ABN). What We Offer Immediate start on active projects in Northern WA.
