Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe are a high-end construction company, working closely with clients and architects to deliver high-end, beautiful spaces that stand the test of time.Working across high end residential and multi-residential projects, we value our working relationships and pride ourselves on the teams we assemble for each project.The OpportunityWe have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -Run and coordinate all site activitiesProgramming and coordination of subcontractors, suppliers and material deliveriesManage and drive subcontractors, ensuring schedules are adheared toRun project to the construction programme, specification & budgetMaintaining & developing rapport between site teams, internal and external consultantsOverseeing all OH&S and ensure the site is a safe workplaceUndertake Quality Control Checklists at the completion of all milestone stagesDeliver project on time and to budgetCandidate Requirements -4+ years’ experience with a residential builder, as a Site Manager.High-end residential construction experienceHighly productive and efficient onsite with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in constructionTeam player with great leadership and motivational abilitiesOutstanding communication and organisational skills with the ability to multitaskClient-focused approachAbility to build strong relationships and liaise with subcontractors to achieve best outcomes for the projectGood working knowledge of programming projects & ability to read plansExperience in working in a fast paced environmentDrive and focus to progress careerAbility to commence ASAPIf you are interested in joining our team, please email us your resume and cover letter telling us about yourself to
