Program Overview Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we'll help you detangle any challenges along the way. For Civil graduates, we've got a great opportunity in our Civil and Roads team based in Sunshine Coast You will be involved in : Responsibilities Your focus in this role will be supporting and working alongside the team delivering a variety of projects across Transport, Property & Buildings, Water, and Energy markets. Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in supporting the team to deliver general Civil Infrastructure and Roads projects, and making a valued contribution to these major projects. Understanding client and project technical requirements, assisting to develop solutions, assessments, calculations, technical reports, designs, specifications, quantities, proposals and presentations. Inspections and observations of construction phase services (subject to review by instructing Engineers). Qualifications Will graduate by December with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with an interest in Roads. 0 to 2 years of experience in consulting. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Excellent writing and verbal communication is required to effectively express technical information to multiple audiences including subcontractors, clients, colleagues, etc. Strong technical writing, data analysis and interpretation skills. Valid full driver's license and is comfortable with long-distance and off-road driving (training will be provided). Must be an Australian Citizen.
