Job Type: Full-Time (Wednesday to Sunday, with an alternating roster. Must be available to work most weekends.) 4-day option also available. We believe that high-end fashion photography shouldn't be exclusive to high-end fashion models. Founded in 2008, The Photo Studio is a B2C fashion portraiture studio with locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We’ve helped over 20,000 people achieve their dream photo shoot, combining high-end fashion photography with a personalised, empowering experience for every client. You’ll be the bridge between the client and the creative team, hosting each photo shoot experience — welcoming the client, guiding styling and creative direction, ensuring their photo shoot runs seamlessly from start to finish. You’ll be across every detail — from clear communication and scheduling to post-shoot follow-ups — providing a five-star experience every step of the way. This role focuses on rapport building and relationship nurturing — no cold calling required Your key moment comes in the Viewing Session, where you’ll present and sell each client’s best images — helping them craft a meaningful, personalised portfolio. Whether they’re an aspiring model, celebrating a milestone, or seeking a confidence boost, you’ll help them see the beauty in themselves through stunning, high-end photography. You’ll consistently exceed photography sales targets, meet KPIs, and uphold the integrity and ethos of our brand. All while harnessing your creative flair and sense of style to inspire and connect with our diverse clientele. What Makes You Perfect for This Role You are a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in personalised product sales and strong negotiation skills. You're an engaging relationship builder with a genuine curiosity about what makes people tick, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Creative and confident, passionate about photography, fashion or the arts, with the ability to present ideas with flair. Organised, reliable and adaptable — thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Detail-oriented and composed under pressure, turning challenges into opportunities.
