Associate Marketing Manager – HCP Dexcom, a leader in continuous glucose monitoring technology, is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to support our ANZ Marketing Team. This full‑time role is based at Macquarie Park Head office, Sydney, Australia, and will be hybrid. About the role The HCP Associate Marketing Manager will develop and execute brand HCP (Healthcare Professional) strategy, content plan and multi‑channel engagement to grow the share of HCP recommendation within our diabetes portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You will own the HCP marketing arm of the ANZ marketing plan and lead a cross‑functional team to deliver key initiatives. Key responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end HCP / MCE strategy development, including insights gathering and consolidation. Create HCP content, evidence‑based key messaging and selling tools in partnership with Market Research, Marketing, Clinical Science, Sales, Regulatory, Legal and Medical teams. Own and oversee all HCP resource sourcing, utilisation and stock management alongside agency partners. Lead HCP events and work closely with Events and Clinical Science teams. Manage HCP marketing budgets and report performance to the HCP Marketing Manager. Track share of recommendations and HCP performance metrics such as engagement rate, NPS, email open and registration rates. Support the sales team with an omnichannel approach, optimising CRM tools. Provide training to the sales team on HCP strategy, selling tools and key messages. Collaborate with Marketing, Events, Digital, Education, Sales to optimise channel plans and campaigns. Qualifications Graduate degree in marketing, management or a pharmacological/medical background. 5–8 years of experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics or diabetes. Proven experience building HCP strategy and delivering marketing plans with financial impact. Strong analytical, customer insight and digital marketing skills. Knowledge of Australian diabetes and healthcare markets. Excellent communication, project management and interpersonal skills. CRM or marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Veeva).
