And now, we’re expanding our marketing team Why You’ll Love This Role As our new Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator , you’ll be right at the heart of the action—creating, coordinating, and delivering digital and print content that brings our brands to life. You’ll work across multiple marketing disciplines, collaborate with product and sales teams, and help shape the storytelling behind products that genuinely improve the outdoor experience. What You’ll Do Support marketing calendars and campaign scheduling Assist with social media activity and audience engagement Help coordinate product and lifestyle content, including shoots Contribute to digital assets such as photography and video Assist with website and product listing updates (training provided) Ensure consistency across social, email, and promotional campaigns Track campaign performance and provide reporting insights Collaborate with the Graphic Design Officer on campaign materials What You’ll Bring 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing or content coordination role Highly organised, detail-focused, and deadline-driven Strong communicator with initiative and problem-solving skills Positive team player, adaptable, and eager to learn An interest in the outdoors, lifestyle products, or adventure-driven brands (a bonus) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or social scheduling tools (highly regarded but not essential) What We Offer Training across systems and processes A supportive, collaborative team environment Staff discounts on our extensive product ranges Access to Readiness , a leading digital health & wellbeing platform A modern office with off-street parking Work–life balance and a role with genuine variety Ready to Grow Your Career in a Thriving, Adventure-Focused Industry?
