Operations : Take accurate orders, serve efficiently, handle payments, assist with open/close duties. Cleanliness : Keep dining area, service stations, and tables clean and stocked. Teamwork : Communicate clearly, support colleagues, work flexibly during busy times. Professionalism : Be punctual, in uniform, represent the café positively, and show initiative.
