Your Responsibilities Lead and support the Parts & Accessories team to deliver exceptional service and results. Interpret, quote, and sell parts to workshop and retail customers, maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction. Provide accurate product information to both customers and internal staff. Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management. Drive accessory sales across helmets, jackets, boots, oils, filters, chains, and more. Ensure efficient operations, presentation, and merchandising of the Parts & Accessories area. Maintain a strong focus on customer experience and retention. About You You’re a confident leader with a passion for motorcycles and a knack for motivating people. You thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment and take pride in running a well‑organised, high‑performing department. Proven experience managing a Parts or Accessories department (motorcycle or automotive). Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and drive team performance. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Background in inventory management and customer service excellence. A positive, hands‑on attitude and a collaborative approach.
