This position is within the facility Patient Flow team and is functionally located within the facility Emergency Department. About You You hold a post‑registration qualification relevant to clinical assessment, nursing management, and transfer of care, with at least three years’ experience within the emergency or related clinical specialty aligned to their postgraduate studies. You can demonstrate advanced understanding and practical application of patient flow management, including the ability to coordinate safe, timely, and efficient movement of patients across care settings. You possess comprehensive knowledge of Acute, Subacute, Community, and Emergency Department models of care, with a strong understanding of Hospital access Targets (HATs) and other key performance indicators influencing emergency access and flow.
