We are currently seeking an Engineer (Civil) and Senior Engineer (Civil) to join our team in Gympie . These roles offer the opportunity to work on a broad range of civil infrastructure projects across regional Queensland, such as DRFA works, road and drainage design, contract administration and construction delivery, with some travel required as part of the role. As an Engineer (Civil), you will: Manage and supervise allocated civil infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery to scope, time and budget Oversee daily site operations and monitor construction progress Prepare project proposals, cost estimates and schedules Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance to subcontractors and construction teams Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, reports and change documentation Ensure works comply with design, specifications, project management plans and safety requirements Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders and internal teams through reports, meetings and workshops Identify and report design or construction issues and recommend solutions As a Senior Engineer (Civil), you will: Take a lead role in project planning, delivery and client liaison across multiple civil infrastructure projects Provide high-level technical input, quality control and risk management oversight Guide junior engineers and support their professional development Administer contracts in accordance with specifications and relevant standardsContribute to tendering processes, fee proposals and project scoping Liaise with TMR, LGAs and other authorities as required About You You’re a motivated civil engineer with strong technical skills and a commitment to quality. You work well in teams, communicate clearly and manage projects with attention to detail. Experience with local and state government infrastructure and DRFA projects would be an advantage. Your Experience & Qualifications Engineer (Civil) Mandatory Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (or equivalent) Desirable Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience working on TMR and/or Local Government Authority projects Contract administration experience Senior Engineer (Civil) Mandatory Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (or equivalent) Desirable Experience & Qualifications: Previous experience working on TMR and/or Local Government Authority projects Contract administration experience Why join CRC?
