De Martin & Gasparini, one of Australia’s largest and most experienced concrete supply, pump and place subcontractors, with a 75-year history in the construction industry, are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Cadet to join their Staplyton team. This unique entry‑level opportunity allows you to launch a rewarding career in construction with a household name. During university semesters, Cadets are supported and flexible to attend face‑to‑face classes. The role provides a genuine pathway to progress to a Site Engineer, Contract Administrator, Project Engineer or Project Manager role, with DMG funding additional concrete and structure training courses if required. Under the guidance of a Construction Manager and assisting the Project Team, Cadets will learn and develop in the following key areas.
