This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at RM Autohaus, a leading premier European automotive repair and servicing provider in Hawthorn, Victoria. As a Motor Mechanic / Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, utilising your expertise to ensure our customers' cars are maintained to the highest standards. What you’ll be doing Perform routine maintenance and servicing on vehicles Diagnose and repair mechanical faults, using a range of tools and diagnostic equipment Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients about the work required and the status of their vehicle Maintain accurate records and documentation for all work carried out Proactively identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance measures Comply with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations What we’re looking for Qualified Motor Mechanic or Automotive Technician, with a minimum of 3 years’ European vehicle experience Strong technical knowledge and hands‑on experience with a wide range of vehicle makes and models Excellent problem‑solving and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and rectify complex issues Exceptional customer service orientation, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly A commitment to quality work and attention to detail A clean driving licence and the ability to road test vehicles as required What we offer At RM Autohaus, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
