Our Services Strategy & Advisory Data Analytics & Insights Product Data & Application Modernisation About the Role As the Head of Financial Services Industry (FSI), you'll spearhead our expansion across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, driving strategic growth in the Financial Services sector through the power of Data & AI. You will leverage your deep industry relationships, commercial acumen, and understanding of banking transformation to unlock opportunities where our consulting services can deliver measurable business value. You will work collaboratively with our Partners & Directors across Australia to lead engagement strategies, shaping how we position, win, and deliver high-impact data and AI programs that underpin banking modernisation. Beyond business development, you'll ensure projects are commercially sound, outcomes are met, and relationships deepen over time. You will be instrumental in removing roadblocks, guiding teams, and representing our expertise at the executive level. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven leader with a strong Financial Services background who thrives at the intersection of technology, AI, and business transformation.
