About the role We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is passionate about customer service. In addition to this, you will also have: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role. Great communication skills with an ability to build genuine rapport with customers. Duties Reporting to the Financial Service Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for: Providing an end to end experience for all customers. Developing a deep understanding of our customers’ circumstances and financial life stages, in a friendly and professional way.
