Role Overview As part of the Launtel Team, the Business Customer Advocate will support new and existing Business customers and work closely with Technical teams and Accounts to deliver a successful transition to Launtel Business under the guidance of the Business Team Leader. Exceptional customer service and professionalism are required in both verbal and written formats. You will be able to learn quickly and bring strong time management and organisational skills to exceed customer expectations. Key Skill Sets Exceptional Customer Service Time management, self-governance and initiative Proven experience in B2B Sales or within a Project Management environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong organisation and administrative skills Desirable Skills Understanding of Software and Development Previous Telco experience Role Deliverables and Activities Coordination of Business customer sales enquiries and management of these internal projects and feature requests through detailed and continuous curation of the project CRM Assignment of key tasks, responsibilities and collaboration with the Technical Support team as required Establish, develop and maintain positive Business and Customer relationships. Ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to be utilised with both the Launtel team and the customer. Key Responsibilities Management of inbound enquiries (inclusive of multiple media) with administration coordination to CRM Advocate for Launtel Business products and services Proactively identifying business opportunities via outbound sales Manage customer escalations, complaints and performance issues Coordinating schedules/ appointments with customers and staff alike, including meetings, third-party installations, etc. Position Hours This is a Full-Time Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm position, supportive to suit Business hours. Although Launtel offers flexibility on remote working, this role will ideally be based in our Launceston, Tasmania Office. Greater role flexibility may be granted as the position becomes established. Remuneration This position will evolve as the team and responsibilities grow. We will conduct a thorough review every six months to ensure continual improvement of team workflows and systems improvement. Initial Salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate based on experience and skill set. Application Deadline Applications close Tuesday 25th November.
