ABOUT THE ROLE Our Banksmeadow and Marrickville sites are recruiting Customer Relationship Officers. These are full‑time, permanent positions in modern office environments, working Monday to Friday. RESPONSIBILITIES Welcoming and assisting customers to ensure a positive experience Handling telephone and email inquiries Data entry and updating booking calendars Arranging taxi bookings Performing other customer‑related or administrative tasks as required by the site ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic team player with great customer skills. You will be attentive, professional, and capable of providing our customers with a positive repair experience. You should have good administrative and computer skills, enjoy working with people, and possess problem‑solving ability and efficiency. Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is not essential but highly regarded.
