Commercial Lawyer – Brisbane CBD We are seeking a talented Commercial Lawyer to join a high‑performing commercial team within a well‑established Brisbane CBD practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong mid‑tier or large‑firm training to step into a role offering quality work, client exposure, and genuine career development. We are open to candidates with mid‑to senior‑level experience, including those returning to the workforce after family commitments. About the Role In this position, you will work alongside senior and highly experienced practitioners across a broad range of commercial and property matters. The role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to manage client relationships with minimal supervision. Your workload will include: Commercial & Business Establishing trusts and business structures Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements Business purchases and sales Shareholder and unit holder agreements Licensing matters General commercial and business transactional work Property Commercial and retail leasing Commercial sales and acquisitions About You We're seeking a lawyer who brings: Solid commercial and/or property experience from a reputable firm Confidence managing client matters independently Strong technical and drafting skills A commercially minded approach A diligent, hardworking attitude with excellent attention to detail Work Environment & Benefits Full‑time role based in the Brisbane CBD office One WFH day per week (available for the right candidate) Supportive, collaborative team culture Exposure to high‑quality work and mentoring from senior professionals This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your commercial law career within a respected team offering stability, quality work, and genuine progression.
