A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be a member of a successful, expanding Financial Planning business with practices in Victoria, Tasmania and Queensland. The Business Mature Boutique, 'high touch' financial advice business with five Senior Financial Advisers and growing national footprint. Dynamic, innovative, fast paced business with a market leading management team. You will be joining a team of highly skilled Advisers and Client Service specialists servicing a large and loyal base of client groups. The Position The primary objective of the role is to provide high level service to clients and support the Financial Planner/s with client enquiries, client reviews and advice implementation. You will also liaise with and support the Paraplanning SOA/ROA function with a team of outsourced professionals. The initial focus of the role will be to support the establishment of the new office in Robina, and assist the advice client base to be transitioned to Xplan. Responsibilities: Implementation of SOA's / ROA's Prepare and process application forms Updating and maintaining client information within the Xplan database Administration and processing of client documentation Manage and respond to client queries Make and manage client appointments Maintain and uphold data integrity Adhere to all relevant risk and compliance obligations General administration The Benefits The opportunity to apply your professional capabilities in a highly focused advice firm with strong existing client relationships.
