About the Coordinator - Medical Services role Join Your Community Health as the Coordinator - Medical Services, supporting the efficient delivery of our medical programs. You’ll manage data systems, reporting, and workflows while building strong relationships with staff, clients, and partners to enhance service quality. Reporting to the Manager, Medical Services, this is an ongoing full-time role (1.0 FTE). All offices located in the Northern Suburbs. Your Passion and Commitment will see you: Support practitioners to deliver high-quality care Lead and guide the CSO team Manage operational reports and data Streamline workflows to improve service Build strong relationships with staff and clients To succeed in this role you will have: 2+ years of practice management experience Proficiency with Best Practice, Cubiko, Microsoft 365 Experience leading teams in a healthcare setting Skilled in operational reporting and data management Strong relationship-building and stakeholder skills For further information about this role, please refer to theposition description(available via the YourCH Careers Hub).
