From data science and engineering to Power Platform development, you’ll help design and deliver intelligent, automated solutions that make a real impact. Role & Responsibilities Translate business requirements into scalable, user‑centric applications with intuitive workflows, reusable components, and accessible, responsive interfaces. Build and configure front‑end applications, implement business logic, automation, and validation rules, ensuring security, performance, and governance compliance. Deploy applications to production, manage CI/CD pipelines, monitor usage, and provide documentation and training for operational readiness. Drive change management, monitor adoption, collect feedback, and facilitate onboarding and training to maximize solution usage. Partner with data engineers, scientists, and business SMEs to enable cross‑functional planning and promote a data‑driven culture. Participate in training, stay updated on industry knowledge, and adhere to workplace health, safety, and company policies. Skills & Experience Skilled in Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, and Azure DevOps for CI/CD and application deployment. Experienced in user‑centric design, accessibility, responsive interfaces, and reusable components. Designed and built front‑end business applications, integrating with Lakehouse and ML outputs. Implemented validation, automation, and governance‑compliant solutions. Supported user onboarding, training, and adoption strategies to maximize solution impact. Background in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare/Life Sciences; holds a degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, plus certifications in Power Platform development and UX design.
