Human Resources Manager ATOM is a leading private equity backed Australian distributor of industrial and safety supplies who are at an exciting growth stage. With over forty years of success they employ ~500 people across 12 branches nationally and are a major distributor to the resources, defence, manufacturing and infrastructure sectors. Since being acquired by private equity group Pacific Equity Partners (PEP) in December ATOM has been on a growth trajectory underpinned by organic growth and targeted acquisitions and operates in a fast paced, high-volume environment. The Human Resources Manager is a newly created role to bring HR technical capability into the business, develop the HR function, ensure compliance and partner with the business to develop people capability. The role will see you : Develop the HR function and establish solid processes, procedures and compliance frameworks Partner with geographically dispersed senior leadership (CEO in Singapore, COO in Sydney, CCO & CFO in Kewdale) Mentor and coach people leaders to build leadership capability across all levels. Implement coaching programs targeted at leaders across the organisation. Design and implement scalable learning, leadership, and performance development programs. Build HR systems and technology to support business growth Manage employment relations and workplace matters Support acquisition integration and workforce planning Manage HR & PayrollSupervisor To be successful you will be a practical, outcomes focused, qualified HR professional who can build and develop HR capability across the business. You will have strong technical HR capability and good partnering, relationship building skills in an operational, service oriented environment. You will be solution focused, action oriented and a collaborative "hands on" team please who values service and partnership. Ideally you will also have a solid understanding of payroll.
