Outside School Hours Care / Childcare – Service Manager (Program Manager) TeamKids Wentworth Point, New South Wales, Australia Full‑time – Posted 1 day ago Program Manager – Full‑time TeamKids is seeking an exceptional Program Manager to lead our Wentworth Point OOSH service. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a focus on building a strong on‑site team, ensuring quality programming and compliance, and providing an exceptional experience for children. You’ll Be Responsible For Actively supporting and guiding your team during contact hours Building strong relationships with children, families and school leaders; overseeing all communication with families and the school Overseeing environment set‑up and ensuring engaging, inclusive programming Uplifting and training your team to build consistency and confidence Embedding routines and structures that create calm, predictable, and positive experiences Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and quality Overseeing all day‑to‑day operations across Before, After and Vacation Care Supporting and coaching a structured leadership team Embedding strong routines, building systems, and guiding culture Driving quality programming, compliance and family engagement Building exceptional relationships with children, families, school leaders and your team Resourcing and delivering a fun, inclusive, high‑quality experience for all children Service Operating Hours Before School Care: 6:00am–8:45am After School Care: 2:45pm–6:30pm Vacation Care: 6:30am–6:30pm What You’ll Need First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain) Minimum 2 years’ experience in an OSHC or education leadership role The Perks 95% off TeamKids care for your own children 10% ECEC grant Access to discounts across retail, gym, fuel, tech and more Ongoing leadership mentoring and professional development Flexible block shifts and supportive work‑life balance Be part of a warm, values‑driven culture and an experienced national network Additional Information At TeamKids, the safety and well‑being of children is our highest priority.
