Staff Data Product Manager

The Senior Data Product Manager for Marketing is responsible for building and optimizing data products that power marketing performance insights, audience segmentation, and attribution models. This role requires strong stakeholder management and deep marketing acumen to ensure data-driven solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. The position partners closely with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Scrum Teams to define, prioritize, and deliver capabilities that enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. Core Responsibilities Own Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the strategy for multiple marketing data products or one enterprise-impact solution, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA). Lead Design Iterations & Optimization: Continuously refine products based on performance insights and evolving business needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish best practices that improve customer engagement and conversion, ensuring initiatives align with ROI targets. Stakeholder Management: Drive alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams by translating complex data strategies into actionable roadmaps; build trust through proactive communication and expectation management. End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Lead from market research and competitive analysis to defining data-driven features and implementation plans that improve marketing performance. Analytics-Driven Decision Making: Apply advanced analytics (qualitative and quantitative) to optimize marketing funnels and user experience. Innovation & Special Projects: Support initiatives in marketing analytics, personalization, and customer acquisition strategies. Scrum & Analyst Partnership: Work closely with Discovery Analysts and Scrum Teams to ensure backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery of prioritized features. Marketing Technology Integration: Champion best practices for scalable, automated campaign execution and marketing tech stack integration. Qualifications 8+ years of related business experience, including 3+ years leading large cross‑functional teams on major organizational projects. Strong marketing acumen with experience in MMM and MTA. Proven ability to influence strategic planning and provide data‑backed recommendations. Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred. Preferences Familiarity with marketing technology and automation platforms. Awareness of data engineering and integration principles. Experience with product management tools (Jira, Aha, Rally, Azure DevOps) for capturing and managing Epics, Features, and Stories.
