Responsibilities Architect Strategy: Move beyond transactional engagement to become a trusted advisor to the CEO, CTO, and Chief Risk Officer, aligning our technology roadmap with the bank’s long‑term business outcomes. Orchestrate Excellence: Lead a dedicated, cross‑functional squad of Solution Consultants, Architects, Customer Success Managers, and Industry Specialists to deliver a unified "One Team" experience. Drive Transformation: Modernize legacy environments and influence the bank’s adoption of AI, PaaS, data sovereignty, and resilient cloud architectures. Commercial Leadership: Manage the financial performance of the account, drive NNACV, and ensure high‑growth ARR while maintaining a customer‑first philosophy that ensures long‑term retention and advocacy. Candidate DNA C‑Suite Fluency: Speak the language of the boardroom and translate technical capabilities into business value, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. Deep FSI Domain Expertise: Intimate understanding of the Australian Financial Services landscape, including APRA/ASIC regulations, neo‑bank threats, and shifting customer expectations. Strategic Political Navigation: Proven track record navigating matrixed environments in global software firms and large financial institutions, unblocking internal hurdles and guiding the client journey. Elite Commercial Acumen: Experience managing $10M+ annual recurring revenue portfolios and a reputation for closing deals where everyone wins. Qualifications 15+ years in Enterprise Software (SaaS/Cloud) with at least 8 years in Banking & Financial Services, including 5+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with validated multi‑million‑dollar sales solutions experience. Active high‑level network within the Australian technology and banking ecosystem. Track record exceeding sales targets and leading "Big Bet" transformations within a Tier 1 Australian bank (CBA, Westpac, ANZ, or NAB). Experience in AI, including leveraging AI tools, automating workflows, and exploring AI impact on business functions. Travel up to 50% (depending on geography/region).
