Experience recruiting Developers / Engineers. Strong English written communication skills. Resume must be in English. Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts for efficiency. Recruiting : Recruiter, Seekout.com Search : Boolean Operators, PPC Skills Optional What You’ll Do Managing every stage of the recruitment cycle Establishing touchpoints and maintaining follow through Consulting with others to craft holistic recruiting strategies Developing an unbiased and efficient interview process Deliberating with key stakeholders to identify personnel needs Writing job descriptions for both internal and advertising use Participating in the management of the employee referral program Incorporating a data‑driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel Providing recruitment status reports to management Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers Assisting with the future implementation and proper use of the ATS system Launching and developing the onboarding processes for new hires Working Hours 3:30 pm - Midnight Philippines time (3:30 am - noon EDT, or 2:30 am - 11 am EST depending on the time of year). The half‑hour break may be taken anytime between 6 pm - 8 pm local time.
