Senior Administration Assistant – RSM Fremantle Are you a proactive and detail-oriented administrator looking to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic professional services environment? RSM Fremantle is seeking a motivated Senior Administration Assistant to support our Partners, staff, and Managing Partner through the coordination of essential office operations. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating mail and general office duties Supporting marketing activities and client onboarding Maintaining client and administrative files Liaising with ASIC and the ATO on company and trust matters Managing debtors, disbursements and inter- unit charges Negotiating with suppliers for staff amenities and services Overseeing archiving systems and file management Rostering admin support across divisions and reception Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as directed by the Managing Partner What You’ll Bring Completion of Year 12 12‑18 months experience in a similar administrative role Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Certificate in Business Administration Life at RSM RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
