Opportunity Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional seeking an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents? Safety Xpress is seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our team in Keysborough, VIC 3173. This is a full-time role where you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's sales growth and success. Key Responsibilities Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, sales rooms, inbound calls, networking, and referrals Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that meet their requirements Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with a focus on exceeding revenue targets Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and provide regular performance reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive continuous improvement What We're Looking For Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the sales industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients Problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively overcome objections and close deals Strong analytical and presentation skills to interpret data, identify trends, and create compelling proposals Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Degree in a relevant field or equivalent sales experience Minimum of one year of sales experience required Experience in the safety equipment industry is preferred but not required Minimum education requirement of Year 12 completion What We Offer At Safety Xpress, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
