ANZ Property Marketing Associate The ANZ Property Marketing Associate works with the ANZ Property Marketing team and wider ANZ Marketing team to support the marketing activities associated with helping clients buy, sell, manage, and lease commercial real estate assets. This exciting opportunity requires someone with strong administrative experience who can thrive in a fast‑paced environment, bringing proactive thinking, exceptional organisation, and a positive attitude as a key team member. The role involves taking ownership of diverse responsibilities while providing high‑level support that directly impacts both team and business success. The ideal candidate has an acute eye for detail and can manage multiple projects and priorities. This person will primarily spend their time : Supporting the Property Marketing Manager on managing agency and supplier relationships Influencing and working with the Business Support network to ensure exemplary execution of property marketing campaigns Coordinating training and product presentation sessions with Business Support and the wider Markets Advisory and Capital Markets teams Troubleshooting issues and identifying opportunities to improve campaigns Working with internal / external design teams to ensure brand compliance and integration of creative into campaigns Ensuring property marketing materials are up to date and organised appropriately across all JLL and third‑party platforms Operating in‑house camera equipment to photograph and video key leaders in the business Supporting on wider Marketing initiatives as required PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Work with the Business Support network to ensure all in‑team executions reflect marketing best practice Own all property marketing materials including training material, playbooks, toolkits and marketing platforms Work with the Property Marketing Manager to manage ongoing relationships with agencies and suppliers Capturing video and photography to support Marketing efforts Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with JLL best practices Coordinate email content to the agency businesses Build and maintain internal stakeholder relationships Maintain portfolio of marketing deliverables and share best‑in‑class creative with network and JLL teams. Help with ideation, coordination and execution of property marketing campaigns Offer support with wider Marketing initiatives as needed and as time allows Capture video and photography to support Marketing efforts Support in agency and supplier relationships EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience preferred Minimum of 1 year in marketing and / or business development role or commensurate intern experience – a fast‑paced work environment preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Adaptability – maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with various types of people Ability to multi‑task and work on a variety of different projects / tasks at once Outstanding organisational and project management skills Solution driven and possess creative thinking Impeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each step Comfortable and confident taking charge of a project or situation in order to meet business / client goals Team oriented; works well with others in a cross‑functional way to get the job done Is a self‑starter; able to start and complete projects independently Excellent written and oral communications; conveys ideas clearly and concisely Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge –Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Location On‑site –Sydney, NSW If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
