Job Title: Foreman – Class 2 ProjectsLocation: Wollongong, NSWEmployment Type: Full-timeStart Date: Immediate start availableSalary: Negotiable, based on experience With continual growth and more acquired projects, Level 33 are seeking experienced Foremen in either Structures or Finishes located in Wollongong. You will play a critical role in the delivery of Class 2 residential and mixed-use projects, working closely with our experienced site and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term career growth within a reputable and supportive company. Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all site activities and subcontractors Ensure compliance with Class 2 construction requirements and relevant legislation Maintain site safety and ensure WHS standards are adhered to at all times Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager or Project Manager Coordinate deliveries, manage materials, and maintain a clean, organized site Assist in quality assurance and control Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects on track About You Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Foreman, ideally in Class 2 residential and mixed-use projects Strong understanding of NCC, BCA, and WHS regulations Trade background preferred (e.g., carpentry, formwork, etc.) Proven ability to manage teams and subcontractors Excellent problem-solving and communication skills White Card and relevant site safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, Traffic Control) Drivers licence and own transport What we Offer Long-term opportunity with a reputable and growing builder Supportive team environment Career progression and ongoing training Projects located locally in the Wollongong region #J-18808-Ljbffr
