What you'll do Retain and grow the existing employer portfolio, ensuring strong relationships and high member satisfaction Engage senior stakeholders across key sectors like government, hospitality, tourism and local councils to drive brand presence and acquisition Lead and develop a motivated local team, fostering a high-performance culture Represent the fund in the community, enhancing visibility through events, networking and engagement initiatives Support new business growth and member acquisition, balancing retention with expansion What you'll need Proven leadership skills, with the ability to build, motivate and develop high-performing teams Exceptional relationship management, engaging senior stakeholders and building trust-driven partnerships Strong financial aptitude, understanding superannuation and financial services fundamentals to drive strategic outcomes About the company One of the largest Superannuation Funds in Australia, managing over $100 billion in funds under management.
