With strong foundations in the residential HVAC market, the business is now shifting towards commercial HVAC growth and looking for an experienced leader to drive this next phase. We are seeking an Operations / General Manager with proven experience in commercial HVAC projects, strong leadership capability, and the business acumen to scale operations, improve margins, and lead the team into new commercial markets. What’s on Offer Equity opportunity for the right person Work closely with the new ownership team (builder/developer) Lead a well-regarded HVAC contractor with a strong residential presence Shape and build the commercial division from the ground up Stable, long-term role with genuine influence Salary: $120k + super+ car+ equity + benefits The Role You will oversee all day-to-day operations and drive the transition into more commercially-focused HVAC work. This includes: Managing a small team of techs, installers, and office staff Overseeing projects, scheduling, workflow, quoting, and delivery Improving operational efficiency and profitability Leading commercial HVAC bids and maintaining client relationships Ensuring compliance, licensing, and quality standards Working directly with ownership on strategy, growth, and forecasting About You Experience as an Operations Manager, General Manager, Senior PM or similar within commercial HVAC Strong understanding of commercial mechanical services, tendering and project delivery Leadership capability and the ability to build process, structure and culture Comfortable taking ownership and being hands-on when required Someone excited about joining a growth journey and taking equity in the business For more information or to apply, please call Ross Dalton on , send your resume , or hit apply below.
