The Opportunity We are seeking qualified and experienced Contractor Physical Consultants (Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapists) to join our national team. This role suits clinicians who thrive in workplace health, functional assessment and return-to-work consulting. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic assessments, job-task analysis and workplace assessments. Deliver early intervention, injury management and return-to-work planning. Provide ongoing monitoring, stakeholder liaison and progress reporting. Work autonomously under a contractor model while aligning with B2W’s high-quality, person-centred service delivery. Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in OT, EP or Physiotherapy with relevant professional registration. Proven Occupational Rehabilitation experience (essential). Strong capability in functional assessment, workplace evaluation and return-to-work planning. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and report-writing abilities.
