We’re on the lookout for a full-time CommunityManager to join our team at our Goulburn Gardens site. Reporting to the Area Manager , you’ll play a key role in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the Community, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents—and having fun while doing it Located in the heart of Goulburn, Goulburn Gardens offers a welcoming community surrounded by scenic countryside and convenient local amenities. Manage staff and residents while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. Handle administration and legislation including tenancy paperwork and regulatory compliance. Promote the community through marketing, events, and initiatives to drive occupancy. Maintain health, safety, and wellbeing for residents and ensure contractors meet standards.
