The company requires 10+Years of experience. The ideal candidate will use their engineering knowledge to improve equipment performance, efficiency, safety, and product quality. Apply mechanical engineering skills to support production, fix mechanical issues, and keep equipment running well. Help design, develop, modify, and maintain mechanical systems, tools, and production equipment. Carry out inspections to find mechanical problems, risks, or areas for improvement. Work with production staff to improve processes, increase efficiency, and maintain safe working conditions. Prepare technical documents, including reports, procedures, and equipment specifications. Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for equipment repairs, upgrades, and parts. Support preventive maintenance programs and help improve equipment reliability. Ensure machinery and mechanical operations follow workplace health and safety rules. Assist with planning and managing engineering projects, including new product design, product launch, customer communication, scheduling and resource coordination. Provide engineering input for budgeting, cost estimates, and investment proposals. About You Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (required). The company requires 10+Years of experience. Experience working as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in production, manufacturing, engineering, retail manufacturing, or similar fields. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, industrial machines, and maintenance. Skilled in engineering software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and handle a fast-paced work environment. A proactive team member with a strong focus on improvement, safety, and quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders, share insights, and provide constructive feedback.
