We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic/Digital Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities Product Packaging Design: Develop innovative packaging designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, helping to make our products stand out on the shelves. Design Creation: Design engaging digital and print assets across social, web, and email to support campaigns and brand storytelling. Website Design: Create visually compelling and user-friendly websites, ensuring they align with our brand identity and enhance the user experience. Content Support: Help prepare for shoots, assist the team during content capture, and complete post-production tasks such as retouching, resizing, and compositing assets. Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve our visual identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in branding. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and product development teams to bring concepts to life and meet project deadlines. Feedback Implementation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine and improve designs. Key Requirements A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience as a Graphic & digital designer with a strong portfolio showing working in product packaging, website design and digital creation. A strong awareness of current and emerging design trends, with the ability to translate market insights into fresh, modern, and competitive design outcomes that keep our brands ahead of the curve. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software such as Canva and Capcut. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Publisher). Experience with web design and development, including proficiency in HTML/CSS and familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS proficiency is required for web design development. Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and bring creative ideas to life. A team player / collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Photography & Video Editing: Basic skills in photography, videography, and video editing. Motion Graphics & Animation: Experience creating animated assets, motion graphics, or short-form video content. Social Media Content Creation: Ability to design engaging content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. AI Creative Tools: Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly or similar) to support concept development, ideation and rapid content creation. Project Management Tools: Experience using workflow and project management systems such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar. Figma / Digital Collaboration Tools: Experience using Figma (or similar platforms) for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design tasks.
