About the opportunity Responsible for ensuring a clean, safe environment is maintained in compliance with Victorian cleaning standards Performing the functions of cleaning/housekeeping, food/beverage, transport & couriering, and patient support Develop & maintain appropriate standards of knowledge for policy and procedures to ensure compliance Reporting daily to the ESD General Service Supervisor What you'll bring You're resilient, compassionate, and have a whole lot of heart. Previous experience as a Patient Services Assistant (Desirable) Effective communication skills and good organisational skills Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions and procedures The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Enthusiastic and a positive "can do" attitude You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining: A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check.
