If so, Raj's Corner Glendale is the perfect place for you We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Time Chef and Cook to join our team and help us continue to provide our customers with the best Indian dining experience in Glendale, NSW. What You'll Do: Oversee daily food preparation and kitchen operations. Ensure consistent quality in food preparation and presentation. Analyze recipes to meet dietary requirements. Price menu items by calculating costs (food, labor, overhead). Prepare a diverse range of Indian dishes for regular and special services. Maintain hygiene and food safety standards. Train, lead, and manage kitchen staff. Share culinary expertise for staff development. Create visually appealing and exciting dishes. Plan customized menus for events like weddings and parties. What We're Looking For: Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant experience. Proven ability to prepare a wide variety of Indian dishes. Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. Relevant Culinary Qualification. A passion for creating delicious and high‑quality food. Strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A focus on safety, hygiene, and organization. What We Offer: Competitive salary of $75,000‑$80,000 plus superannuation. 4 weeks of annual leave to explore and recharge. 38‑hour workweek to maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
