This is a permanent full-time role and can be based at any of IAG's locations. What You’ll Do Take charge of managing a portfolio of broker relationships to ensure excellent outcomes that support renewal retention and initiatives for securing new business. Provide commercially sound, profitable underwriting solutions in line with your delegated authority level. Build strong relationships with brokers in your portfolio, working closely with our team to develop and grow a profitable business. What You’ll Bring Previous liability experience either as an Underwriter or Broker is essential. A passion for underwriting liability risks and product innovation. Excellent relationship‑building skills. Thrive on achieving results and work effectively as part of a team. A good understanding of sales along with an understanding of the culture associated with broker negotiations.
