Base pay range: A$125,191.00/yr - A$145,504.00/yr Role type: Full Time; Fixed term for 12 months Department: Advancement, Communications & Marketing Salary: UOM 8 - $125,191 - $145,504 p.a. plus 17% super Responsibilities Manage Donor Portfolios: Deliver tailored stewardship experiences for major and principal gift donors, including acknowledgements, communications, and impact reporting. Develop Engagement Strategies: Design and implement donor experiences that deepen connections to the University and highlight giving impact. Collaborate Across University: Work closely with fundraisers, Chancellery, and faculty leadership to align donor relations with institutional priorities. Drive Strategic Improvements: Contribute to the development of stewardship frameworks and recognition policies for high-level donors. Qualifications You may be a great fit if: You are an experienced relationship manager with a strategic mindset, capable of creating innovative donor engagement programs while navigating complex stakeholder environments in a prestigious university setting. You have a tertiary qualification with significant relevant work experience in donor or stakeholder relations. You demonstrate strategic thinking and stakeholder management abilities in complex organisational settings. You show experience with CRM systems, data analysis, and using insights to inform strategy. You have a track record of successful event delivery and project management within budget and timelines.
