About The Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes funnels, ads, and conversion optimisation. Your mission is simple: help our clients generate more leads, convert more sales, and scale profitably through world‑class marketing funnels. You’ll be responsible for helping our clients create, manage, and optimise Meta ad campaigns, design customer acquisition funnels, and optimise conversions. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Advertising Coach clients to implement and optimise high‑performing ad campaigns across Meta and Google Ads (and additional platforms where appropriate). Develop targeting strategies to attract and convert the right audiences. Coach clients on how to continuously test and iterate on creatives, copy, and offers to improve cost per lead and ROAS. Use our templates and your experience to set them up to report on campaign performance and translate insights into clear, actionable next steps. 2. Funnel Strategy & Development Help clients design and implement full‑funnel systems that drive conversions, from ad campaigns to landing page, nurture and ultimately sale. Guide them to build and optimise landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture sequences to maximise conversion rates and ROI. Review and audit client funnels, identify performance bottlenecks, and guide them on specific tactical improvements. 3. Conversion Optimisation Analyse user journeys and behaviour to identify opportunities for higher conversion. Help clients implement CRO best practices across ads, funnels, and email sequences. Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, CRM and Meta Ads Manager to drive decisions backed by data. 4. Internal Collaboration & Community Impact Work with our Digital Marketing Agency team to stay across best‑practice strategies in Meta, funnel platforms, and CRO, bringing fresh insights into our clients’ businesses. Translate technical marketing insights into simple, actionable steps that business owners and their teams can implement quickly. Be the go‑to expert for all things paid traffic, funnel optimisation, and lead generation within our member community of Australia’s leading 7 & 8‑figure business owners. Client Success & Retention Work closely with a select portfolio of members, acting as their key point of contact to help them achieve meaningful and measurable results. Deliver consistent value and strategic insight that drives satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term impact. Take ownership of client renewals, ensuring members continue with The Entourage beyond their initial 12‑month engagement by helping them experience tangible growth and clear ROI. Who We’re Looking For 2–5 years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social and funnel optimisation. Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling Meta and Google ad campaigns that deliver strong ROI/ROAS. Deep understanding of full‑funnel strategy: how to move prospects from cold to converted through ads, landing pages, email sequences, and offers. Data‑driven and analytical. You know your way around performance metrics and use them to inform every decision. Highly skilled with tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and ideally ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, or similar funnel builders. Strong collaboration and communication skills. You work well with creative, brand, and strategy teams. Commercial mindset. You think in terms of growth, profit, and impact. Passionate about business growth and marketing innovation. Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable driving outcomes end‑to‑end.
