We’re looking for a talented and versatile Pizzaiolo who shares that passion — someone who’s strong on the pizza section but can also step confidently onto the pans (boiler) section when needed. About the Role As part of our close-knit kitchen team, you’ll work alongside passionate chefs delivering consistently high-quality Italian food in a bustling, high-energy environment. Balboa Italian regularly serves 200+ covers a day, and you’ll be trusted to handle both the pizza station (hand-stretching, topping, managing a wood-fired oven) and pasta/pan service during busy periods. This is a hands‑on role for someone who takes pride in excellence, thrives under pressure, and enjoys working as part of a team that feels like family.
